1: Chop onions and stir them with olive oil until translucent as a base for the tomato sauce. 2: Add ground beef and stir until it turns brown. 3: Add tomato purée, seasoning with basil and salt, and let it cook for 20 minutes. 4: While the sauce is cooking, prepare the cheeses: Grate Parmigiano reggiano and chop fresh mozzarella. 5: Cook the pasta to be very undercooked, for half the time of the package instructions. 6: Mix everything together in a bowl, letting the pasta cool off before adding the cheeses. 7: Pour everything into an oven pan with a layer of tomato sauce at the bottom. 8: Grate more Parmigiano on top to make it crispy. 9: Cook in a preheated oven at 350°F until slightly burned on top. 10: Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
